Hanna CRM updates: June 16–30, 2026
In the second half of June, we focused on work scheduling, account security, file storage, and more convenient date-range filters.
Updated Calendar
Calendar filters now open in a side panel, while full-screen mode provides more room for planning. In the Schedule view, you can drag a Task to another employee to reassign it immediately.

Worker schedule
The Worker workspace now provides weekly and monthly employee schedules. Field staff can switch quickly between card and schedule views.
More secure employee profile
The employee profile is now organized into clear sections. In the new Security section, users can change their password, manage two-factor authentication, review recent devices, and sign out of other sessions.

Move existing files to OneDrive
After connecting OneDrive, you can move files previously uploaded to selected modules to external storage in one action. The transfer runs in the background, and its progress is shown in Hanna.

More convenient date-range filters
Months can now be changed independently in date-range pickers. After selecting two months, you can select the entire period from the beginning of the first month to the end of the second.
