Email Templates and Languages
Template groups, languages, variables, and individual templates.

Go to System Settings → Email Templates. Templates are grouped by module, so first select the process for which you want to modify the email.
When you open a template, you will find:
- the template name and its technical identifier;
- an Inactive toggle switch;
- options for plain text and rich text formatting;
- the subject line and email body for each active language;
- a list of available variables.
When the email is sent, a variable—such as {invoice_number}—is replaced by a specific value (e.g., Invoices). Use only the variables displayed next to the template and do not alter their spelling.
When editing, fill in the content for all languages in use. If the text for a specific language is left blank, the recipient for that language may receive an incomplete email. Use a clear description of the action or document in the subject line, and include a single, primary call to action in the body text.
The plus icon next to certain groups allows you to create a custom template. Its identifier must be unique. Before disabling or deleting a template, check which processes use it and save a copy of the content.
