Conditional Logic, Design, and Anonymous Surveys

Configure question routing, visual design, and anonymous response handling.

Adapt the question flow to each response, align the survey with your brand, and choose the right privacy mode.

Control the question flow

Under After this question, choose whether the survey should continue, jump to a selected question, or submit the form. Single-choice options can lead to different questions. Rating and NPS questions can route respondents according to the selected score.

After reordering or deleting questions, use Save and preview to check every route again.

Adjust the design

You can add a logo, choose a font and size, set primary, accent, background, and text colours, and adjust corner rounding. Use a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP logo up to 2 MB. Check text contrast and preview the survey in both wide and narrow browser windows.

When to use an anonymous survey

Enable Anonymous survey when the decision does not require identifying individual respondents. Once submitted, respondent identity is removed from the result and is not included in exports.

Choose anonymity before distribution. State clearly in the welcome message whether responses are anonymous and how they will be used.
