Hanna CRM updates: September 1–15, 2026
In the first half of September, we updated Kanban boards, introduced Hanna AI email analysis, and strengthened API key management. We also improved email templates and system performance.
Updated Kanban boards
Kanban boards for Leads, Tasks, Opportunities, and Projects now use the same filters, search, and saved views as their lists. You can choose which fields appear on cards and set their order, move several Tasks at once, and have Hanna remember the selected view for each user.

Hanna AI email analysis
In the email section of a Contact, Lead, Project, Object, or Opportunity, Hanna AI can summarize the conversation, including customer needs, agreements, open questions, important dates, and next steps. You can save the result as a note or create a Task from a recommended action.
Images in email templates
Images can be inserted or pasted into email templates and the bulk email window. They are uploaded to Hanna, keeping emails lightweight and improving how they are displayed to recipients.

API key management
API keys now have an expiry date and a visible status. You can rotate a key securely without interrupting the integration. When an employee is deactivated, their keys are revoked automatically.

Faster Hanna experience
We optimized loading for module lists, card tabs, employees, and Goals. City filters in Contact and Lead lists now work as type-ahead searches.
