The Generate PDF documents for customers using the customer's default language toggle determines whether a PDF created manually by an administrator uses the customer's language or the system's default language.

After enabling this option, verify that the correct language is specified for the customer in the Contacts module. Documents sent automatically via email or background processes may use the customer's language regardless of this toggle setting.

The language setting changes document labels and translatable text but does not affect amounts, dates, or customer details. After making changes, generate a test PDF for each language used and check the headers, VAT titles, and terms and conditions.
