Activity log

Open Other functions → Activity log when you need to determine who viewed, created, or modified a record and when. The table displays the time, user, action, module, record, connections, and description. Clicking the name opens the current record card.

If you do not see the function

Check the menu location. If the item or action is not displayed, ask the administrator to check your user role, plan, and enabled features. This note applies to the entire "Activity Log" section.

Activity log filters

First, select a short date range, then the user, action, or module. Use the record name or a snippet of the description for the search. Use the columns button to keep only the fields relevant to your analysis, and save the recurring combination as a view. If you find nothing, clear the search and check the dates.

Interpreting actions and changes

Edited entries may show previous and new field values, as well as added or removed connections. Viewed confirms that the record was opened, while System actions cover automated processes and unauthorized access attempts. Share audit information only to the extent necessary for the specific investigation.
