The Items catalog provides the code, name, price, VAT, and unit of measure. Financial settings specify the currency, numbering, and VAT rules. Each related module has its own permissions, so access to Credit Notes alone may not reveal every linked record.
Accounting integration allows for the export or import of a credit note, the addition of an approval status, and the locking of editing capabilities. Specific fields and actions appear only when the integration is enabled. If you encounter an export error, check the document number, date, organization, customer, currency, VAT, and the integration log before retrying the action.
The integration status is distinct from the credit note status of Open, Closed, or Invalid. Check both statuses separately.
If the error persists, send Hanna Customer Support the integration name, organization, Credit Note number, export attempt time and time zone, status, and exact error text. Before retrying, check whether the document has already been accepted by the accounting system.
