Leads Map

Leads geographic view, markers, and map filters.

Last updated 13 days ago

The map helps visualize the geographic distribution of Leads, plan visits, and select records by territory. Its availability depends on the user's permissions.

Select Leads → Map. Markers are displayed based on Leads addresses. Records located in the same place may be grouped into a cluster; zoom in on the map to see individual markers.

The map view allows filtering by the person in charge, stage, source, area of activity, country, city, creation date, and Tasks periods. Additional attributes include lost, worthless, public, records Contacted today, records created today, and unassigned records.

After selecting your criteria, click Generate. Clear filters restores the initial view. If a record does not appear on the map, check whether its address is sufficiently precise and ensure it is not being excluded by active filters.

Understanding the map results

  • Individual marker represents a single Lead shown at a specific location.
  • Cluster with a number represents multiple records located close to one another. Click it or zoom in on the map.
  • Clicking a marker opens a brief summary of the record; from there, you can navigate to the Lead card.
  • Map filters do not alter the records themselves; they merely limit which markers are currently displayed.

If Lead is not displayed

  1. Clear the map filters.
  2. Check the address, city, and country on the Lead card.
  3. Ensure the address is entered into the correct, separate fields.
  4. Verify that you have permission to view this record and are assigned to it (especially if visibility is restricted to your own Leads).
  5. If the address has just been changed, refresh the map page. If the record still does not appear, you may need to reset its coordinates.
  6. Compare the results against the list view using the same filter. The map should not display records that the user cannot see in the list.

The map is useful for visit planning: select the responsible team member, the city, and the relevant stages, then generate the view.
