Notifications and goal history
Achievement and non-achievement notifications and period history.
Last updated 20 days ago
When creating or editing a goal, you can enable notifications for goal achievement and non-achievement. Notifications are sent to users assigned to the goal once the deadline passes and the system evaluates the final result. To ensure the automatic deadline notification triggers correctly, make sure to specify an end date.
The history stores the result, target value, percentage, assigned users, and dates for completed periods. Open the goal card and select the history tab to compare data across several weeks or months. While the current period's metric may change daily, the history reflects periods that have already concluded.
If you did not receive a notification, check that you are assigned to the goal, that the notification type is selected, and that the deadline has passed. If a history record has not yet appeared, first verify the period's end date.
