Stock Write-off card, PDF, Excel, and history

On the card, you will find the status, number, warehouse, date, responsible party (Staff), organization, reason, related customer, object or contract, and Items lines. Prices and amounts are displayed according to purchase price permissions.

The PDF and Excel actions generate a Stock Write-off document containing information on the organization, warehouse, Items, quantities, prices, and comments. Before sharing the file, please check the document language and sensitive pricing data.

In the activity history, you can view significant changes and status-related actions. Check the actual inventory change in the Items stock movement history, where confirmation or cancellation records are visible.

Stock Write-offs settings and permissions

The administrator manages the Stock Write-off series, numbering, visible and mandatory fields, custom fields, warehouses, and the accounting integration direction.

Permissions for viewing, creating, editing, deleting, and exporting are configured separately for Staff permissions. An additional permission applies to purchase prices and amounts. Visible documents may also be restricted by Staff and the organization.

Stock Write-offs is part of the "Maximum" plan. In integrated accounting, a division or a detailed balance sheet entry can be used instead of a local warehouse. Modify these settings only in coordination with your accounting process.
