Document files: PDF and DOCX
Primary file, document generation, and version control.

On the Files tab of the card, you can upload attachments related to the document. If there are multiple files, mark the one that should serve as the primary file. The primary file is used for previews and may be proposed for signing; therefore, open and verify the version before selecting it.
The Generate PDF action is available when the document contains text or a text-based template has been selected. Generate DOCX is used when the template involves a Word file. In the generated document, the system replaces template variables with specific values from the document, the organization, and related records.
Always review the result after generation. Check the title, numbers, dates, address, Lithuanian characters, tables, and any blank spaces. If a value is missing, return to the document form, fill in the data, and generate a new file.
An uploaded file, a generated PDF, and a generated DOCX are separate versions. Do not replace a signed file with a newly generated result. Use clear file names and mark only the version you intend to preview, send, or sign as the primary file.
